All weekday sessions require a 2-hour minimum and all weekend sessions require a 4-hour minimum booking. All bookings are also subject to taxes and an additional $35 cleaning/service fee.

- Do not move large furniture, and if so, please move it back to its original space before leaving.
- Absolutely no smoking inside the studio
- No loud music
