TERMS OF SERVICE

Prices are subject to state/local taxes and any traveling fees outside of 50 miles of 30310. The quote provided at the time of your original emailed inquiry is valid for 7 days as prices are subject to change at any time.

A signed electronic agreement and non-refundable retainer equaling 50% of your total invoice are due at the time of booking to reserve your session date. If the retainer and contract are not submitted within 48 hours, the date and time will be opened again for other inquiries.

Clients are responsible for caring for any services not rendered by the Howell Designs Studio, LLC or provided in conjunction with the collection. This includes securing dates, contracts, and paying any additional fees.

Sessions may only be rescheduled one time for personal reasons (not due to weather) no later than 48 hours before the session. There is a non-refundable fee required for each additional rescheduled session equal to 50% of your total invoice. Your session must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original contract date, or the retainer amount will be forfeited, and you will have to begin the booking process again.

Sessions will begin and end on time. Session times will not be extended due to late arrival. An arrival that is more than 30 minutes late must be rescheduled within 90 days with a $150 fee. You may opt to extend your session for an hourly fee. All sessions are closed to only those being photographed and/or recorded. No more than one additional guest is permitted to limit distractions.

POLICIES

AVAILABILITY

We are available to shoot for all clients from Monday - Saturday. Sundays are reserved for personnel training. If your shoot must happen on a reserved day, you will be charged a special booking fee equal to 25% of the total shoot amount due with the deposit.

EDITING TIME

All editing will now have a standard 10 - 14 Business Days (M-F). This is an exception to events and weddings, which will have specified turnaround times based on client needs and our availability. Due dates will be provided to you during your strategy call. Rush editing is available for an additional fee.

BOOKING WINDOWS

Booking must be at least 3 weeks in advance, especially for projects with a launch date.
