RESERVATION POLICIES:

Your date is not confirmed until the 25% non-refundable retainer has been received. Once the retainer has been received you will receive a confirmation email & calendar invite confirming your shoot date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Projects must be cancelled or rescheduled within the specified time limit of the scheduled shoot time this is detailed in your contract. If notice is received prior to 48 hrs, a refund of any funds paid less the 25% retainer will be refunded. If notice is received after 48 hrs of scheduled shoot time a partial refund (50%) will be provided.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive to the shoot location at least 15 minutes prior to shoot time. If you are running late, please contact us with your expected arrival time.

 

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

For wedding films, large events, short films & documentaries 50% deposit is due to secure your shoot date. Of the 25% is a non-refundable retainer. The remainder is due 15 days prior to the shoot date. For all other projects a 25% deposit is due to secure your shoot date. The remainder is due 7 days prior to your shoot date.

cancellations & refunds:

For wedding films, large events, short films & documentaries cancellation notice must be received prior to 30 days of the shoot date for a full refund less the 25% retainer or reschedule. Cancellations received within 30 days of the shoot date will receive a 50% refund. Within 48 hrs of the shoot you may only reschedule your shoot date.

For all other projects notice must be received prior to 15 days of the shoot date for a full refund less the 25% deposit or reschedule. Cancellations received within 7 days of the shoot date will receive a 50% refund. Within 48 hrs of the shoot you may only reschedule your shoot date.

Rescheduling:

Please be aware that scheduling is handled on a first come first serve basis. You must reschedule within 6 months of your original shoot date or your funds are forfeited.
